In thinking about Phase II of The SchoolHOUSE, the developers recognize the importance of designing new construction that complements the architectural character of both the original school building and its surrounding historic neighborhood. The new homesites will take cues from the brick and stucco of the school, as well as the classic details shown in fenestration, roof lines, porches and screen walls.
